Marleen (Jella Haase) is 20, but can't choose, what to do with her life. Her older brother (Matthias Schweighöfer) traveled the world for years but never has been to the Antarctic. He is at home for a few days, but the ticket for the next ship is already bought. He loves adventures and just before he dies in a car crash, Marleen has to promise him, to start enjoying life and adventures. While her family mourns over his death, Marleen decides to fulfill her brothers last will and takes his trip to the Antarctic with no money in her pocket - and soon with a little goat at her side.
