This is an interesting Road-movie about free police operatives in the remote Russian hinterland.
Alexei, Nikolai and Marina are police operatives in the remote Russian hinterland. Together they carry out a secret operation to liquidate a gang robbing long-distance trucks. Their weapon - passion for the job, their aim - to find the bandits. In the fight against crime three professionals; but in their free time two young guys and a girl yearning for happiness and understanding. The freedom of the steppe turns their heads, danger intensifies their feelings, and the trio hurtles along an endless road leading to the unknown. Can duty replace love; can friends be closer than family? They are faced with a choice that determines the outcome of the operation and their own destiny.
nice,realistic movie
The movie is not an Oscar winner,but it's interesting.It shows the destiny of three ordinary police officers embarked on a daring mission to save truck drivers being robbed and killed by bandits.To somebody used to American movies this film will seem weird but it actually is very realistic and shows,without cosmetics,the real life in Russia and some eastern Europe countries.The way people are dressed,the taverns,everything is real.The acting is nice and so is the plot.One thing you'll all(men)like about this film is the police woman.She is so attracting this movie is worth seeing only to take a better look at her.The two guys are both in love with her and struggle not to make obvious the jealousy between them.I think this movie is worth seeing.
