Two maidens - Sini and Bambi - have dreams of their own, but would need to go to compromise, if they want to support the boys they have fallen in love with. The films sports a brilliant 1960s atmosphere, complete with many unforgettable musical performances from Paul Anka, Umberto Marcato and the rest of the cast. The plot itself is only skin deep, but it was the goal of the director/writer Juha Tapaninen to recreate a movie musical of a more naive, carefree era. In that, he has succeeded very well.
