A film that probes us to examine our own role, our own choices, our own power
I was lucky enough to catch the sneak preview of this original and thought provoking film, and all I can say is bravo; finally a film that speaks to us as individuals. In line with the wave of hard hitting call-to-arms documentaries we've seen in the last handful of years, GhettoPhysics asks us to take a closer look at the world around us. If you liked What the Bleep, An Inconvenient Truth, or anything with Michael Moore's name attached, you'll like GhettoPhysics. Yet, GhettoPhysics is even more universal in scope, its message applicable to everyone and everything around us; power is, after all, at the root of everything. Always entertaining and sometimes quite funny, GhettoPhysics goes a step beyond other films that allow us to remain at arms length, distanced from the topic at hand. It forces us to ask ourselves - what is our own role in this age old power play? What do we want it to be? With our own face in the mirror, how can we not want to change a reflection we don't like? Finally a film that brings its message back home, to us as a society, and to us as individuals. I hope everyone hears the call and stands up; if we change ourselves, the world will certainly follow.
Critic Mashup
"GhettoPhysics is one of the most entertaining movie watching experiences one is likely to have. All corporations are pimps, to which we are all "bottom rung" hos. Never has a truer notion been expounded upon in any film of any genre in the history of filmmaking -- ever." -Tim Cogshell, Box Office Magazine "3.5 stars out of 4 a radically ingenious, in-your-face documentary hybrid. Wild, illuminating, provocative, and fun." -Steven Rea, The Philadelphia Inquirer "4 stars out of 5 If you are demanding, want or crave real change or empowerment, go get yo' ass to the theater. It is a wake up call to this MTV generation and to those who let others think for them." -Lisa Minzey, The Reel Critic.com

Cynthia Mckinney said in the Ghetto Physics Trailer "WE CAN ALL BE VICTIMS OF OTHER PEOPLES GAMES OR MASTERS OF OUR OWN DESTINY"....We all need to do something substantial to change this world, To move people in such a way that it becomes bigger than our own selves......I cant wait to see the entire movie....This is not a new concept, I know, but merely reflecting on this sentiment is vastly different than taking it to heart and incorporating it into our lives in "real time." It appears that the world-at-large is becoming more and more combative: rallying against one thing or another-no matter how insignificant it may actually be in the overall scheme of things-in order to support a cause or be a voice that gets itself heard in the world. The desire for change is inherent in all of us: it is a part of our creative, spiritually-based nature and is necessary for the evolution of our species.
